In case the goods purchased in our online store did not suit you, you can use the product return / exchange service within 14 days from the receipt of the order.
According to the legislation of Ukraine, non-refundable:
Goods that have not been used and whose labels have been saved are accepted for return.
According to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", a company may refuse to exchange and return goods to a consumer if:
the product has been in use and has traces of consumer use: scuffs, stains, etc .;
the goods are not fully completed and the factory packaging has not been saved;
all labels and factory markings are not saved;
the product does not have a presentation and its consumer properties.
Costs for returning products are borne by the customer.
To return goods:
1. Fill out an application for refund - application

- indicate the reason for the return
2. Contact any branch of "New Mail" and send us a return along with the form according to the following data:

Payer Services - Sender (Please note: refunds sent by cash on delivery (at the expense of the recipient) will not be accepted)
3. Inform by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org the parcel declaration number, your order number and data for refund:
a) transfer to pay for the exchange for another product
b) leave the amount on your balance on Mishkakids.com
c) return to the card account:
one). If you have a Privatbank card, send: card number and surname, name, patronymic of the cardholder
2). If you have a card of another bank, send the data:
surname, name, patronymic of the cardholder
recipient identification code
Name of the bank
4. After receiving the refund and checking the status of items and product labels, the funds will be returned to your card account within 3 business days.
